MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
We are excited to
welcome you to membership in the Northwest Pastel Society. Along
with membership comes some responsibilities like supporting the
society with dues that help in many ways from exhibits to programs,
and volunteering. Each member is expected to volunteer in some way
whenever possible. Please click

volunteer form so we know how you'd like to help.
To print out the membership form simply right
click on the application below and choose "copy." Open your
Word program and "paste" onto a blank page. Be sure your
margins are set at .25" so the whole application shows. Print, fill
out, include your check ($40/member; $50/member & spouse) and mail to chairperson.
