Shoalwater Cove Gallery & Framing at the Port of Ilwaco, WA is hosting a pastel workshop at the Port of Ilwaco, Washington. I'm thinking that my fellow pastel artists in the NPS might be interested in taking this 3 day workshop, September 24, 25, 26. We have a waterfront gallery location, right at the Port, and of course our area is quite a lovely tourist destination.

2010 Painting Experience with Steve Hill in Croatia October 3-12, 2010, marks the second annual workshop/painting experience with Steve Hill on Korcula Island near Dubrovnik, Croatia.

This art experience is hosted by Lynda Milina, who spent a good deal of her childhood on Korcula Island and has a love for travel, photography and putting people in touch with the gorgeous sites, wonderful people and fine foods/wines in her native country. Lynda accompanies the group to all sites every day.
We all stay at Lovric’s Bed and Breakfast, just 6 miles from the beautiful ancient walled city of Korcula and barely a stone’s throw from the Adriatic Sea, where many of the painting demos and exclusive sites are selected for the workshop. Other sites include cathedrals, mountain villages and beautiful vineyards in full harvest. One day is spent travelling by private boat to a nearby island to paint a beautiful Franciscan Monastery. Steve does daily plein air demos and offers friendly and helpful assistance at your easels. All costs, including accommodations, 3 meals per day, ground transportation and workshop fees are included.
