About the Demo
In Creativity Through Limitation, Carol will begin with a simple idea drawn from a photograph and plein air study, and explore where it might lead. By limiting her color choices and changing the value structure, she will show how one idea can develop in unexpected directions. Rather than copying the reference, Carol will use it as a springboard for experimentation, demonstrating how thoughtful limitations can lead to stronger design, greater color harmony, and a balance between control and surprise.
